Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the floral arrangement, please phone, email or send a fax to us within 24 hours of receiving the floral item.

Perishable Items
We are unable to accept returns on perishable gifts. Any quality issues should be resolved with a re-delivery date.
Non-perishable Items
We do accept returns on non-perishable items, as long as the item is in resaleable condition. If you returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, we shall issure a gift certificate.
